Slow down and smell the garlic.
In 2004, three restaurant executives came together to share their passion for Italian food and culture. They hatched a vision for real, scratch-made Italian served in a quick, convenient and flexible dining environment. One where hand-stretched plank pizzas, fresh tossed pastas and savory soups were paired with humble Italian wines and served to hungry guests who came to call any time of the day. They called it Go Roma.
Guests immediately responded to the real, easy, Italian experience – and they kept coming back for more. Today, Go Roma has six bustling locations across the Chicago-land area and will begin expanding across the nation in 2012.
