Jeff Drake is the co-founder and President of Go Roma. He started as manager of Food & Drink, Inc., a privately held restaurant corporation. Drake became vice president of operations in 1993. He led the development for 801 Steak & Chop House, Cabo San Lucas, and Pane Pain Bakery CafŽ in Des Moines, Iowa. In 1996, Drake joined Brinker International and was soon promoted to Regional Training General Manager of the Corner Bakery CafŽ. In 1998, Drake was named area director of the nine Chicago locations, leading to his promotion in 2001 to Regional Director for the Eastern region of the United States. During his time at Corner Bakery CafŽ, Drake participated in the development of the concept's catering menu and systems; the training and operational programs for hourly employees and management; and an operating system that has been implemented nationwide. In 2004, Drake joined forces with David Wolfgram, Yorgo Koutsogiorgas and Russell Bry, three friends from the industry.
