FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How do I register the Real Easy Rewards card? The card can only be registered online at www.goroma.net/rewards. Before you can register your card online, it must first be swiped at a participating Go Roma location. Although your card can still be used to earn credits, it must be registered before you can redeem rewards What do I do if I forget to get credit at the time of purchase? Unfortunately, we are unable to apply credits to your card once the purchase is complete. Is the Real Easy Rewards card a gift card and can I load money on it? The card is solely designed for our rewards program. You are unable to load any cash value to the card. Do all purchases count towards earning points? Yes. All purchases, with the exception of discounts or gift cards, will be converted to dollars and points. How many rewards can I claim at once? You may redeem your $10 off reward Can I save up my rewards after earning them? You are unable to save up the $10 rewards. Any reward earned will be automatically taken off of your next order when the card is swiped. For example, if you’ve earned a $10 off reward, it will be redeemed on your next visit when you swipe your card. What happens if my next purchase does not total $10 dollars? If your next purchase is below $10 when redeeming your reward, the remaining credit amount will be deducted from your next purchase so that in the end you always get the full reward amount (example: $10 reward - $8.00 purchase = $2.00 off your next purchase.) Do redeemed rewards count as credits toward rewards? No. Redeemed rewards do not count as credit toward rewards. Can I earn credit or redeem my reward in conjunction with any other discounts, offers or promotions? Yes, you will receive credit for purchases made in conjunction with our discounts, offers and promotions. Can I redeem rewards for Catering purchases? Yes, absolutely! Do I earn points for the purchase of gift cards? No. You do not earn points for the purchase of gift cards. However if the recipient of your gift card registers as a Real Easy Rewards member, they will. Is there an expiration date on the card or rewards? There is no expiration date on the card or rewards. However, cards that are inactive for 12 consecutive months will be deactivated and all previously earned credits and unused rewards will be forfeited. How do I get a Real Easy Rewards card and does it cost anything to get? You can pick up a card at any participating Go Roma location. The card is $2 to register, but you receive $5 in Go Roma food and drink! What if I do not have my Real Easy Rewards card with me? If you already registered your card online, you can give the phone number you assigned to the card at the point of purchase to receive credit but you must have your card in order to redeem rewards. What happens if I lose my Real Easy Rewards card? If your card is registered, all history and credit towards rewards will be transferable to a new card. Can I redeem rewards without registering the Real Easy Rewards card? No. You cannot redeem any rewards until you register the card. However, you can still earn credits for your purchases. How do I redeem my rewards once I have earned them? The reward will be automatically loaded onto your card. The next time you order and swipe your card, the $5 reward will be automatically taken off of your check. How do I know how close I am to earning a reward with my Real Easy Rewards card? Anytime you use your card at a participating Go Roma location your receipt will provide your current rewards level information.
